The PSD-CTP (Partidul Social Democrat "Constantin Titel Petrescu" = Social
Democratic Party "Constantin Titel Petrescu") is a small social-democratic party
without parliamentary representation. When in 2001 the smaller of the two
social-democratic parties, the PSDR, was absorbed by the bigger one, the PDSR,
to form the new PSD, a minority faction wanted to remain independent and founded
the PSD-CTP. The symbols are described in the statute [http://www.psd-ctp.ro/dispozitii.html]:
"Semnul permanent al Partidului Social Democrat “Constantin Titel Petrescu” este
“triunghiul”.
propunerea Comitetului Executiv Central."
My translation: The permanent symbol of the Social Democratic Party "Constantin Titel Petrescu" is the "triangle". It represents an isosceles triangle, having a height of one half of the base, in the interior there is the abbreviation PSD - CRP. The permanent symbol is shown on the official symbol, the flag and other official insignia of the party, in a graphical arrangement approved by the Directing Committee, on proposal by the Central Executive Committee.)
As I have not found any photographs of the party flag, I refrain from drawing at the moment.
